This full time position is for a very special person who can help us with each of the elements listed in the job description with a focus on Office Administrator. We sincerely thank you for your time look forward to meeting you. ~Team Stretch Shapes >Job Description < Office Administrator Office Duties: -Ordering - Taking inventory, ordering and re-stocking of our small collection of accessories we sell online, office, shipping, and sewing room supplies. -Invoicing - Printing and adjusting invoices and packing slips as they come in from our online store and sales team. -Various Printing -- Printing and copping various other in house documents. Office Requirements: -You will need to have a background experience with mid to high level office organization. -Technical experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. -Technical experience with operating PC based Microsoft Windows. -Ability to browse and search the web. -Ability to trouble shoot basic problems with office equipment. -An understanding of basic algebra. Shipping Supervisor Shipping: -Labels -- Making and printing of all FedEx labels, USPS labels, product stickers, and other various labels. -Packing -- Packaging orders of various size for dispatch. -Delivery -- Driving orders to FedEx or USPS on the occasion that a pickup is delayed. Shipping Requirements: -You will need to have some sort of background that involves arranging or packing. -Technical experience with operating PC based Microsoft Windows. -Ability to browse and search the web. -Ability to trouble shoot basic problems with office equipment. Seamstress Seamstress Duties: -You will be assisting the sewing room when they need your help with light production work such as measuring, cutting, pinning, sewing, and moving rolls of fabric,. -Creating products out of scrap cuttings for our Outlet department. Seamstress Requirements: -Must have professional seamstress experience. -An understanding of basic algebra. -Our oversized cutting floor is a padded surface on the ground. It is important you have the agility to work on hands and knees when need cutting large sheets of fabric with electric scissors. Housekeeper Housekeeper duties: -End of day shop cleaning includes vacuuming, sweeping, whipping surfaces, blowing off tables with compressed air, taking out mainly recycling & some trash, and prepping coffee mugs and pot for next day.
