Job Opportunities - Channel Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Channel Manager at Arrow ECS. This role will have responsibility for sales for a Security Vendors products across Middle East You will •Have revenue responsibility for your assigned vendor and will be expected to achieve all assigned targets and objectives. •Engage with the vendor at multiple levels to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships. •Review and improve existing channels. Identify and recruit new channel partners. •Ensure high levels of sales productivity by educating top-tier partners. Deliver programmes to ensure they have the correct skills and knowledge. •Work with Marketing to create and deliver successful campaigns. •Travel across the Middle East as required and on occasion to other destinations. •Engage with sales, technical and management staff. •Provide annual and quarterly business plans for the vendor. •The role is based in Dubai covering the Middle East region, the chosen candidate may need to travel across the Middle East as per business requirements. Desired Skills & Experience Candidates with the following attributes may apply: •4 years sales experience within the IT channel industry •Extensive knowledge of the Security and Networking channel in the Middle East. Will ideally have sold security solutions for a vendor or distributor. •Must have a network of senior level contacts in key channel partners and vendors. •Consistent history of performance and over-achievement. •Highly motivated with a relentless drive to succeed. Thrives in a high-pressure, quota driven sales environment. •Excellent verbal and written communications skills. •Ability to speak fluent English; Arabic and French are an advantage but not essential.
