Job Summary: S/he will strengthen NCMNH’s activities by developing management strategies and overseeing implementation of all activities and interventions. Work with the technical and program staff to ensure that all project objectives and deliverables are achieved on time, according to the work plans and budgets. will also ensure coordination and communication between departments. Serve as a resource to the program’s financial and technical managers. Maintain a day-to-day understanding of all program components and their status, so as to serve as a point of contact for country-level project information. Qualifications: • Masters in Business Administration/Public Administration • 10 years’ management experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development • Excellent communication (English & Urdu), report writing and computer skills (MS-Office) • Ability and willingness to travel to carry out the above stated duties and responsibilities 2. Senior Manager Finance & Accounts - (One position), Karachi. Job Summary: S/he will oversee NCMNH’s total financial functions, accounting, billing, costing, payroll and taxes. Will ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements and statutory filing of NCMNH and its projects. Maintain all financial record up to date. Carry-out internal financial audits according to the accounting manual, and prepare accounts for external audit. Qualifications: • CA finalist • 10 years’ of work experience in a reputable organization. • Advanced skills in financial reporting • Ability and willingness to travel to carry out the above stated duties and responsibilities • Excellent communication (English & Urdu) and computer skills (MS-Office) 3. National Manager - (One position), Karachi. Job Summary: S/he will lead the up sacle of Reproductive Health (RH) program in close collaboration with the senior management. Will have overall responsibility for project implementation, including adherence to work plan, achievement of all targets and deliverables, ensuring that reports to NCMNH and donor are submitted in a timely manner, and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure high quality project planning, monitoring and evaluation including regular field visits. Visit all intervention sites periodically and provide support and supervision. Will also develop MIS tools and ensure accuracy of data entry. Liaison with software houses/vendors. Maintain inventory for IT department. Review and finalize monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual reports submitted by Regional Offices. Prepare bi annual donor reports and end operational and annual reports incorporating information received from Regional Offices. Active participation in field related activities. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - (Two positions), Karachi & Lahore Job Summary: S/he will develop and implement M&E systems focused on data collection, analysis and reporting. Assess donor requirements and ensure that these are met. Prepare special reports on various aspects of data management, support systems and management Information systems. Monitor and evaluate the standard of training and suggest any amendments in methods. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Economics/ Sociology/Anthropology/Demography from HEC recognized university • 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of development programs. • Excellent communication, report writing and computer skills (MS-Office) • Ability and willingness to travel to carry out the above stated duties and responsibilities 10. Trainer - (Ten positions), Karachi & Lahore. Job Summary: Visit hospitals to provide information or respond to inquiries regarding training. Coordinate with intervention sites for various activities. Inter-personal Communication Officer/Data Collector - (22 positions), Karachi & Lahore Job Summary: Collect data and enter data on daily basis from project sites . Counsel clients and their family members for FP method. Maintain track of new and follow up clients. Facilitate SBAs in practical trainings being held at the site. Organize monthly/quarterly meetings with SBAs and HOD regarding performance review. Organize awareness raising sessions within the hospital. Maintain stock of supplies and prepare and send consumption report on weekly basis to the regional office. Qualifications: • Graduate, preferably with knowledge of Reproductive Health and Family Planning. LHV/Midwives preferred. • 3-5 years’ experience in the field of counselling will be preferred. • Ability to communicate effectively with patients. • Computer literate 12. Admin Officer- (Two positions), Karachi & Lahore Job Summary: Organize and coordinate events such as meeting, conferences and training workshops. Facilitate communications and coordination between offices, activities and staff within the organization. Arrange outstation visits of project staff (air travel, boarding, lodging and transportation). Ensure timely procurement and delivery of medical supplies. Monitor and maintain stock levels of all medical supplies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of management experience. • Excellent communication (English & Urdu) and computer skills (MS-Office) 13. IT/MIS Assistant - (One position), Lahore Job Summary: Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. Develop MIS forms and ensure accuracy of MIS Data - data collected from the field and data uploaded to the data base. Train data collectors in the use of programs installed on the tablets. Provide technical support for tablets, data up loading, data transferring and report generation. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences • 5 years ‘experience out of which three years in the field of data management, database maintenance/development and/or programming /SQL server • Willingness to work long hours and on week-ends if required. 14. Finance Officer - (One position), Lahore Job Summary: S/he will be responsible for financial record keeping and ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored in accordance with NCMNH policies. Implement financial policies and procedures. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system. Prepare income statements and balance sheets. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports. Assist external auditor in auditing.
