Job Opportunity @ The PAC - reminder - deadline is May 11 Patron Services Representative (Full-Time) The Paramount Arts Center in Ashland, KY seeks an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Patron Services Representative to join our team, supporting events that attract 120,000 visitors annually to our historic 1,400 seat theater. This full-time position is responsible for giving patrons a positive initial experience at the Paramount, providing them accurate information and helping them purchase tickets. Duties include creating seat maps and preparing events for sale, serving customers, processing and fulfilling ticket orders (in-person and via phone), collecting information and updating the PAC database, recording transactions, preparing bank deposits and creating daily and event reports. Successful applicants will have ticketing/and or retail sales experience, good computer and cash management skills with excellent communication, organizational and math skills. S/he will be a fast-learner, adaptable, reliable, a creative problem solver and enjoy working with the public. Applicants must also be able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Prefer Associates degree or equivalent with customer service experience, good typing and computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preference will be given to applicants with ticket office experience and knowledge of ticketing software. Salary: $9.00 / hour plus a competitive benefits package. Review after 90 days.
