We work with civil society, governments and international organisations to encourage and support effective policies and practices through advocacy, research and policy development, and through supporting the actions of others. We are looking for Programme Development Manager to support the Yemen team in the design and development of new projects and streams of work in Yemen, and ensure high quality programming and teamwork, and effective monitoring and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of project design and fundraising and of working in Yemen or elsewhere in the MENA region. S/he will have an excellent understanding of issues and current discourses around human security, security sector development, peacebuilding and conflict prevention. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and a good knowledge of Arabic (written and spoken) are essential.
