Job Opportunity with Victim Support Service Delivery Manager, Based in Kettering 32.5 hours per week (Core hours Monday to Friday 10 am – 5 pm) Actual salary £18,582.56 per annum (FTE £21,441.42) The main purpose of this role is to recruit, manage and develop volunteers who will support victims and witnesses of crime. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing partnership working with other agencies and assist in obtaining local funding. You will also have overall responsibility for maintaining and enhancing service delivery and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering a service and working with service users in a statutory, voluntary or community setting. They will also have an excellent understanding of the requirement for confidentiality and safe working practices. The successful candidate will be able to work confidently without direct supervision and be able to deal effectively with competing or conflicting demands in an organised and methodical manner, as well as having good problem solving skills.
