The Grants manager will develop and write letters of inquiry, concept papers, and proposals in support of South County Outreach efforts to secure support for general operations and designated programs. S/he will conduct research on foundation and corporate giving, interests and history to identify new funding opportunities to pursue. S/he will coordinate South County Outreach internal processes of recording keeping and report progress to donors.
