Interview Status : CV Summit Responsibilities : The purpose of the Building Manager position is to plan, direct, and oversee building operations and services; it includes responsibilities such as overseeing employee and visitor safety, ensuring building maintenance, repair and upgrades, and complying with environmental, safety and health procedures relating to facility operations. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; • Maintain building systems by contracting / enforcing contracts for maintenance services; supervising repairs; this includes planning inspections from suppliers, performing routine inspections and writing daily reports to the Managing Director; • Maintain property cleanliness at all times; manage, supervise and support the office cleaning team to ensure daily and timely cleaning tasks are carried out in community and leased areas of the building; ensures that cleaning teams perform without compromising documents and other items that are the property of the tenants and clients of the building; • Conduct routine inspections of facilities including fire equipment;ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and up to date; • Secure property by contracting with security patrol service; maintaining security devices;establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies; • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators; • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; Required Skills • Language: English (fluent) • Computer Skills: High Level, including internet (emails, social networks) • Interpersonal skills: very organised, dynamic, curious, enthusiast • Presentation & Communication Skills: Outstanding • Ability to organize, supervise, and administer. Familiarity with management practices in a business enterprise. • Resourcefulness in meeting a variety of challenges in public relations, employee training, and efficient management of a service institution. • At least three years of business experience involving administration and management. • Bachelor’s degree with training in business administration, personnel practices, or public relations. • Salary and benefits will be negotiable based on relevant experiences and education backgrounds.
