Job Posting: International Account Executive for Stealth Components in Charlotte, NC Friday, January 23 (Application Deadline) Stealth Components, Inc. is the premier distributor of semiconductors and electronic components. It has an extensive, worldwide supplier base that offers global customers quick access to difficult-to-find parts. As it is a strong and rapidly growing company with a competitive and energetic work environment, the International Account Executive will be responsible for the sale of semiconductors and electronic components to customers globally. The ideal candidate will be competitive, have high energy and will be a self-starter. This is an inside sales position. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the sales of electronic components within manufacturing industry worldwide * Coordinates with sales leadership on activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the International Account Executive on meeting or exceeding sales quota * Possess a complete understanding of pricing and quotes process * Communicate effectively and have business conversations with business owners and decision makers * Solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity throughout the sales process * Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share globally * Responsible for developing database of qualified leads through telephone canvassing, prospecting, web based tools and search engines, email, tradeshow lead generation, and other industry networking events * Gathers order information and submits detailed information for processing orders * Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities * Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team Requirements: * Bachelors Degree or 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record * Bilingual is a plus!!! (German, French, Polish, Italian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Filipino, etc.) * Ability to work between the hours of 3 a.m. - 12 p.m. Monday through Friday * Motivation, drive and a desire to achieve financial success * Negotiating skills for pricing and terms per company policy and procedure * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong written and verbal communication * Intermediate Computer Skills including typing, Excel, Word, Outlook Outstanding Benefits Package includes: * Competitive compensation package includes a $30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
