Job Profile: We are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to Principal for two of our IB curriculum schools in Dubai starting immediately. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the Principals calendar requiring interaction with various internal and external parties on various seniority levels. Organizing all meetings on behalf of the principal ensuring necessary requirements are made prior to the meeting - venue, location, equipment, presentations, and agendas. Ensuring Principal is fully prepared for all meetings. Organizing Principal travel arrangements, including booking flights, visa arrangements, hotel accommodation, car rental and completing reimbursement of expense claims post travel. Monitoring and responding to incoming communications to Principals office. Welcoming and interacting with visitors and attending ad-hoc meetings at Principals request, inclusive of minute taking. Fielding calls from parents as and when required. Ensuring essential communication and updates are communicated to staff as requested by the Principal. Carrying out various research as and when required. Managing the school drivers daily schedule. Working closely with other PAs/EAs to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. Other duties as assigned. Experience & Professional Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably but not mandatorily within a school environment. Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
