Train/ supervise call center agents on quality skills to comply with numerous quality management system and customer specified quality requirements. Ascertain that all job descriptions, internal policies and procedures of the call center are updated and reviewed, adapted measures to improve quality standards. Initiate quality improvement cycle, define problems and design mistake proof improvement action plan.
