We are seeking a motivated inside sales representative for inbound and outbound lead qualification in a fast paced b2b Hi-Tech company. This sales role at ARX is all about helping businesses around the world learn about our digital signature solutions, and understand the power it offers to organizations of all sizes. Working hours are Monday to Friday. European office hours. (flexibility on Friday given to religious workers). Responsibilities: · Qualify inbound web visitors and generate outbound calls to introduce our solutions to potential customers · Explain the benefits of our solutions to potential customers, allowing them to realize the potential we have to help them become paperless, automate their business processes, adhere to their compliance standards and cut business costs. · Develop the potential customer until its sales ready · Provide timely and accurate management reports · Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams about any customer feedback received during the calls Qualifications: · English at mother tongue level · Huge advantage to those with European languages as well. · Excellent phone & email communication skills · Organized · Motivated · Strong computer skills · B.A from recognized University · Preference given to those with prior experience in sales / tele-sales On the job training will be provided.
