Job Senior Account Manager Job Summary: The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with large customers, while achieving assigned renewal and upsell growth targets. Reporting to the Director, Client Services, and the Senior Account Manager is expected to retain existing business and is held responsible for influencing the upsell of each assigned account. Focusing on the highest value clients, the most important customer interactions are on site with clients. Mentoring and assisting in managing a team of global Account Managers. Position Requirements Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: Responsibilities: Retain and influence client growth through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships and a keen understanding of Wealth-X position in the industry Develop account plans for all assigned customers by leading a customer planning process that identifies customer needs, prioritizes internal initiatives and establishes a clear action plan for success Assist Director, Client Services in managing and mentoring a team of global Account Managers through training and reporting Travel to onsite visits with large clients in the Financial Services, Luxury, Nonprofit and Education industry primarily throughout the United States Communicate Wealth-X research to Members: know the research & valuation process Day to day attendance to Member inquiries and engagement through trigger points Maintain Member account information via company used CRM Report account KPIs including service engagement, cases, and help maintain and develop new team KPIs and triggers through trial and research Communicate account needs to sales, research, product and marketing by acting as the voice of the client Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. 3-5 years of working experience in the related field (account management) Demonstration of leadership skills and initiatives Demonstration of excellent organization skills Possess a great eye for detail Excellent and professional communication skills: comfortable and confident speaking with individuals across a variety of different industries Proactive and creative: individual must be self-motivated and creative in thinking of new ways to better serve our clients Fluency (written and oral) in English Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
