Job Specification For: Field Sales Executive Salary: £18,000 DOE, OTE: £41,000 Location: Maidstone Ref: VR/01220R Job Description Our client is a fast growing digital marketing agency with an extensive client portfolio. They offer a fully integrated marketing service to startups, fast growing SMEs and corporates in the UK and abroad. Our client is looking to recruit a number of field sales executives who are hungry to make their mark in a fast growing award winning agency, selling their product portfolio to a wide range of clients and industries. Working directly with the Managing Director and Head of Client Services, the team will have a base in either the Kent or London office but will be responsible for arranging appointments, pitching their client portfolio and taking briefs for the team to work on. We are looking for people who want to fast track to management positions and lead teams as our client grows their London and international offices. Remuneration • Hugely attractive package of £41,000 minimum; based on realistic targets • A competitive basic, uncapped quarterly commission and an annual bonus. Uncapped commission structure at 8-13% of revenue depending on targets hit • There is a genuine opportunity to earn well as you will be building on an award winning brand and extensive client base • Field sales staff will have access to a fuel card and mobile phone
