They are l;ooking for an IT SUpport Engineer to join their team, who will share thier values and vision. Specification: Ideally we are looking for someone who lives and breathes technology. Are you the person that people turn to when they have a problem with their digital device? Do you know Apple devices inside out? Could you class yourself as an apple Genius and have a proven background with IT systems? Do you love music and movies and have a broad knowledge? We are looking for a confident and likeable person to join our successful team. Skills: You should be experienced in IT systems, including networks, both software and hardware You are used to fault finding network and device connection issues You are skilled in configuring printers, laptops, Mac and PCs You understand Wi-Fi networks and can configure wireless access points A working knowledge of Cisco equipment would be advantageous, Firewalls, Switches Are passionate about new technology Able to work unsupervised Used to being accountable for the tasks you undertake Exceptional communication skills, liaising with clients and over one hundred internal staff Excellent proficiency in Windows Server & MS Office 2013 Previous Support/Service Desk experience is highly desirable Have knowledge of Apple products, in particular Apple TV and home sharing Have a broad range of music and film knowledge Are fully versed with Itunes and are used to managing and manipulating media Able to give clear concise instructions in person, written and over the phone Are a confident outgoing person Are able to multi task and prioritise Have good time management skills, working to deadlines within the time allocated You will be meticulous by nature and able to deliver exceptional results Hold a clean driving licence
