Job Title: Assistant Store Manager High end US lifestyle brand specializing in luxury ladies apparels & accesories. From: imagineX group. Responsibilities: The Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager will be a role model and effectively lead a team of different level of retail staff comprising the sales associate to senior sales supervisor to ensure company goals and objectives are met. The incumbent is responsible for all the high efficient execution of tasks in relations to the retail store through excellent planning, managing and controlling of the team; ensuring high display of merchandising techniques and customer services skills. Other duties may also be assigned depending on the operations’ needs. Requirements •Min.Higher Nitec, Diploma in Retail Management or its equivalent •Min. 3 – 5 years in a similar capacity preferably in fashion apparel industry •A strong team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Outgoing and pleasant personality with excellent organizational skills •Willingly to perform duties in retail hours (inclusive weekends & public holidays) Working area: town area Salary: $3.5k +comms.
