Job Description The Software Validation Engineer (or ASVE, SSVE, PSVE) role is a component of RTSM Production. Following training, the ASVE is responsible for the provision of a validation service in support of RTSM study builds and subsequent change requests, and/or any development tools and applications used to support the RTSM delivery function. The post holder must ensure the provision of 100% customer focus at all times. Following training, carry out work in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures and standards which may include but not limited to: Associate Engineer: · Execute detailed test specifications. Record and tracks detailed results. · Work closely with project team leaders throughout the entire software development life cycle. · Review all pertinent project documentation. · Respond to all inquiries regarding the project under test. · Reports on Project testing status to Project team leaders. · Be responsible for the quality and timeliness of personally assigned workload to agreed timelines, standards and defined requirements.
