Job Title: Customer Advisor/Administrator Department: Customer Services Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment with permanent opportunities available within company Hourly Rate: £7.60 per hour Hours of Work: 37 hours per week Job Description: Receiving a wide range of inbound calls covering sales enquiries, service / repairs, , complaints, general enquiries and operational updates whilst updating systems and booking appointments. . Criteria: Whilst experience within a contact centre would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
