Job Title: HR Assistant/Office Manager Location: NRG Stadium area/77045 Company summary: Our client is a leading manufacturing company that utilizes the forging process to forge carbon, alloy and stainless steels, as well as titanium and nickel-based alloys to shape, replacing castings, combining multiple fabricated components and reducing weight and lead-time on new parts. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is a Front Office position that requires receptionist duties such as answering and transferring calls and greeting guests as well as performing HR and Office Manager duties as assigned. Superior computer skills are needed - Outlook, MS Excel, Power Point is a must. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • This person should have excellent administrative skills • Experienced answering multi-line phones • Very organized candidates Excel in this position. • Administrative duties include answering phone, creating communication notices for boards though out the plant, preparing meetings (ordering food, etc), sorting mail, filing, etc... IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND ATTITUDE, IS ORGANIZED AND SELF MOTIVATED!
