Job Title: Inbound Support Specialist in German Market Job Location: Lisbon - Portugal Employment Areas: Support/Help Desk (Call Center Support, International Support) Customer Service (Bilingual Call Center, Customer Service Rep) Employment Type: Full Time Education: High School degree (minimum) Experience Target (preferred): • Contact Center experience • Previous experience in the Travel business will be a plus • Previous experience/knowledge in Amadeus software will be a plus • Commercial/Sales Experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Excellent Communicational skills and Goal oriented • Passionate about travel • German Native Speaker (mandatory) • Good English Knowledge spoken and written (training will be in English) - mandatory • Commercial Attitude, positive way of thinking and Client oriented (mandatory) Special Certifications: Previous experience in the Tourism field/Airline Company will be a plus as well as Amadeus software knowledge. Training Conditions – Amadeus Software: • 1 Month with specific Training Contract, 09h30-18h30, Monday to Friday • More than 95% of success rate Work Schedules: Full-Time: 4h/day in these shift: • Between 08am-12pm with rotating 2 days off per week Pay Rate: Base Salary (x14 months) + Meal Allowance + Monthly Rotating Days off Bonus + Monthly Performance Bonus + Monthly Flight Insurance Sales Incentives.
