Develop and Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing. The candidate should have worked on bidding for IT outsourcing companies on ELance / Guru / Odesk To pitch new clients, understand requirements & send proposals. Follow-up via email, phone and chat with prospects. Daily progress reporting/update (offline over email or in person at office). Tie-Ups with different employers for further growth of Oxcytech System. Specific Responsibilities include: Making a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). Generating qualified prospects/leads through cold-calls, marketing campaign follow-ups etc. Ensure timely collections from the set of assigned accounts and maintain a healthy business.
