Job Title :Operational Officer - Hebron Location : Hebron Office INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian non-profit NGO. Through partnerships with the private sector and educational sectors, INJAZ provides relevant programs delivered by trained volunteers from the Palestinian private sector to inspire and educate youth about entrepreneurial and leadership skills, helping to enhance their economic opportunities. INAZ seeks a dynamic and creative Operational Officer with excellent conceptual, analytical, and coordination skills to oversee the implementation of INJAZ programs at Hebron. Position Duties 1-Contribute to the building and maintaining of partnerships with private and educational sectors. 2-Maintain strong relationships with local media and coordinate local public relations initiatives. 3-Execute and manage daily operations of INJAZ programs efficiently. 4-Participate in planning and monitoring of INJAZ activities. Personnel Requirements 1-Relevant university degree. 2-At least 5 years experience in youth-related programs. 3-Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. 4-Experience in public relations and working with the media. 5-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic. 6-Proven project design, strategic planning, bidding, documentation, monitoring, and report-writing skills. 7-A valid driving license. 8-Excellent training skills.
