Job Title: Senior Specialist ERP support (Oracle) Place of work: Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357 مستشفي Responsibilities: Reporting to the ERP Manager, the jobholder’s primary responsibility is to plan and ensure the effective ERP services to 57357 group to achieve high quality standards, technical excellence, user satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. The post holder is required to liaise with other IT Sr. Specialists to ensure that the standards applied in 57357 group are consistent with the capabilities and requirements of systems. It is important for the jobholder to have customer service spirit and orientation. Required Experience: • 4 -5 years’ experience in related position. Qualifications: • Provide Technical assistance to the end users on the ERP. • Support the Helpdesk problems in any issues related to the ERP System. • Provide training sessions to the end users for any new functions in the system, when needed. • Provide administrative support to the end user as well. • Responsible for issuing change requests related to the system when needed, and tracking the status of the current requests. • Report to the ERP manager when a major issue related to the system is detected. • Responsible for the customer relations. • Provide coaching and support to the Specialist level. • Supervise and follow up on the Specialist level. • Participate in writing the IT Tender’s RFPs. • Involved in the IT Tender’s process. • Work in IT Tenders as Technical Evaluation team Member.
