Job Title : Technical Support Representative Job Category: Call Center, Telecommunications, Customer Service Description * ensure action notes are input onto database before call end * follow correct procedure for escalating calls to team leader * ensure correct Systems action, up-to-date and relevant * handle internal and external customer inquiries on the telephone providing accurate and pertinent information according to the contact center guidelines and quality standards. *To resolve customer complaints and problems and to escalate issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed. *To effectively interpret the needs of the customers, maintain and enhance standards of quality for the services offered. * build a customer relationship, which adds value to the customer leading to a long term profitable relationship *To show a broad knowledge and services and their competitive advantages. * follow the appropriate guidelines and procedures for any given situation. * make recommendations of alternate solutions if customer expectations cannot be met * achieve first call resolution (FCR) Qualifications Training/Professional Certificates: (Preferred) Any one of the below: o MCP/ MCSE/MCSA o CCNA/CCSP o A+ o Network + Gender Male Required: - Bachelor Degree. - Males only. - CCNA , MCSE (Certificate or Course or Knowledge). - Excellent Command of English. - 26 Years old Maximum with exception to 27 years old. - Shift basis, 2 days off. - Work location : Mohandsin. - Salary: 1900.
