REQUIREMENT POSITIONS 1)MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER * Good Verbal and Written English. * Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications. * Good Knowledge and experience with HVAC Systems and Chilled Water Systems. * Good Knowledge and experience with Water Services and Drainage Systems. * Good Knowledge and experience with Process Systems. * Ability to work on their own and in a team. * AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project proficiency. * Experience in conducting site surveys and producing drawings and survey reports. * Experience in preparing Engineering Documentation such as Material Submittals, Request for Information etc. 2)ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER * Managing Electrical Engineering Department on Site * Management of onsite Engineering team in implementation of QA/QC , Document Control, Quantity Surveying, Scheduling, Production of Shop drawings, Procurement of minor and major plant * Full design review upon contract award * Develop & agree main electrical construction schedule * Develop material procurement schedules * Agree monthly valuation for labour and materials * Track & report changes in scopes and variations * Develop and manage a commissioning programme covering all services 3)PROJECT PLANNER - Knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (used as standard in JEG). - Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite. - Understanding of sequence of MEP works. - Be able to perform critical path analysis. - Be able to understand project scope of works and the labour hours allocation. 4)GENERAL WELDER (TIG) - Good Verbal & Written English. - Capable of reading & Understanding Mechanical Drawings, Schematic & Specifications - ARC / TIG Welding of stainless steel & carbon steel pipework to X - Ray standard - Experience in QA / QC Control (Weld Logs ect.) - Experience in Testing & Commissioning. 5)PIPE FITTERS - Good Verbal & Written English. - Capable of reading & Understanding Mechanical Drawings, Schematic & Specifications etc. - Experience of fitting stainless steel & Carbon steel pipework to X - Ray standard. - Experience in Testing & Commissioning. 6)MECHANICAL FOREMAN * Understands & speaks English. * Ability to read & understand shop drawings for pipe & support fabrication * Ability to interpret isometric drawings. * Skilled in fabrication / fitting of S/S & C/S pipe work * Willing to teach / guide others. Fitters / labourers * Willing to work with a multi-cultural work force. * Monitor time keeping and daily attendance * Must be willing to work to tight schedules, help deliver project on time * Ensure housekeeping is ongoing and maintained * Report workloads to higher management * Monitor use of equipment & plant to help minimise waste and damage * Estimate labour, material and other requirements for completion of specific jobs. * Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations * Understands & speaks English. * Ability to read & understand shop drawings for pipe & support fabrication * Ability to interpret isometric drawings. * Skilled in fabrication / fitting of S/S & C/S pipe work * Willing to teach / guide others. Fitters / labourers * Willing to work with a multi-cultural work force. * Monitor time keeping and daily attendance * Must be willing to work to tight schedules, help deliver project on time * Ensure housekeeping is ongoing and maintained * Report workloads to higher management * Monitor use of equipment & plant to help minimise waste and damage * Estimate labour, material and other requirements for completion of specific jobs. * Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations 7)ELECTRICIAN * Good Verbal & Written English * Capable of reading & understanding mechanical drawings, schematic & specifications. * Experience in wiring of LV & ELV Circuitry. * Experience in containment installation. * Experience in Aspiration Detection systems (VESDA). * Experience in the glanding of SWA Cables. * Experience in gland & termination of large cables. * Experience in 2nd Fixing.. * Experience in the termination of control (MCC) * Experience in Testing & Commissioning 8)ELECTRICAL FOREMAN *Supervisor Experience of Site Electrical Teams. *Ability to plan and co-ordinate Site Installation Works. *Provision of leadership to members of Site Electrical Teams. *Punctuality. *Ability to Train new Electrical employees on site installation techniques - *Cable Tray Installation. *Cable Ladder Installation. *Steel Conduit Installation. *PVC Conduit Installation. *Cable Terminations. *Cable Glanding - SWA, XPLE. *Cable Installation. *Electrical Testing and Verification. *Fire Alarm Installation. *VESDA Installation and advantage. *Quality Control of Site Installations as per above. *Electrical Employee Evaluation. *Material Management. *Ability to read Electrical Drawings: *Schematics. *Site Plans. *Containment Layouts etc. *Ability to follow Cable Schedules. *Proficiency in the English Language including reading and Writing.
