Job VACANCY in AASHRA FOUNDATION run by DS-MAX PROPERTIES Location - Bengaluru/Bangalore POSITION - CHARITY HEAD 1)To provide strategic leadership and management of fund raising for the trust and the charity. 2)To contribute to the ongoing revenue generation aimed at helping the Trust and the Charity achieve their objectives including contributing to the development of the trust. 3) The Charity Head of Charities will be accountable to the Chairman of the Charity and the Trustees. 4)The Charity Head will require particularly close working with the Chief Executive and Senior management team at the trust as well as donors at all levels to ensure, That income is raised and disbursed to an agreed plan to Work with the Chairman and Trustees of the Charity to determine an ambitious, Innovative fundraising strategy and plan to generate maximum excess of funds over the next 5 years. 5) Support the establishment of an effective Fundraising Committee to progress peer to Peer major gift solicitation. 6)Review existing revenue streams and identify opportunities to maximize and enhance their effectiveness. 7)Identify new opportunities for philanthropic support and social investment from major Donors, social investors, companies, charitable trusts and foundations, the families and Friends of patients and the general public. 8)Donor relationship management and servicing. 9)Identify and develop opportunities for new income streams through traditional fundraising methods and through social investment. 10)Build charity brand proposition and value through brand and reputation management. Ensuring the brand is integrated with the Trust"s brand. Deliver against targets set by the Charity"s Chairman and Trustees.
