Geotechnical Department Manager: Oversee the overall activities of the geotechnical department including review of site investigation reports, personnel supervision, project acquisition, operation, and technical support. Minimum requirements: 1. Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering. 2. 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position. 3. Coaching & mentoring skills 4. Organizational and marketing skills 5. Communication & negotiation skills. 6. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. 2. Materials Department Manager: Oversee the overall activities of the materials department, including review of testing reports, personnel supervision, project acquisition, client maintenance and technical support. Minimum requirements: 1. Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil / Materials Engineering. 2. 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of Materials Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position. 3. Senior Geotechnical Engineer: Plan, direct and conduct work survey to analyze the likely behavior of soil and rock, direct supervision of ongoing project, reporting, preparation and writing technical and financial offers. Minimum requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. 2. 4 - 6 years of experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering. 3. Team building skills. 4. Communication & negotiation skills. 5. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. 4. Senior Materials Engineer: Issue testing reports, coordinate construction testing activities with technicians and clients and ensure all testing are performed according to required specifications. Minimum requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Civil or Materials Engineering. 2. 4 - 6 years of experience in the field of Materials Engineering. 3. Team building skills. 4. Communication & negotiation skills. 5. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. 5. Materials Engineer: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of materials testing. 6. Geotechnical Engineer: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of geotechnical engineering and site investigation 7. Head of Accounting Section: B.Sc. in Accounting with minimum of 8 year of experience, GPA : Minimum Good. 8. Accountant: B.Sc. in Accounting with minimum of 4 year of experience, GPA : Minimum Good. 9. Human Resources Officer : B.A in Human Resources or Business Administration, with minimum 3 years of experience in human resources field. 10. Driller : Diploma or Secondary School in Civil Engineering or any related field, with minimum 4 years of experience in drilling in soil testing field. 11. Assistant Driller: Secondary School is preferable. 12. Lab Techncian: Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field, with minimum 4 years of experience In civil engineer or related field. General Requirements: Required to be in Kuwait Fluency in both Arabic and English.
