Job Vacancy, Bursa Malaysia Berhad Job Description The Executive shall assist the Enterprise Transformation (“ET”) team in facilitating Bursa Malaysia Berhad’s (“Bursa”) strategic enterprise-wide transformation programme implementation. As an Executive, he/she will assist the team in ensuring Bursa’s strategic objectives are effectively and efficiently achieved. Key Responsibilities Assist and support the ET department and help conduct necessary research and analysis as and when required. Perform secretariat duties for Transformation Steering Committee and Business Case Approval Committee and other committees as they arise. This includes oversee and coordinate the operation of the meetings, preparation of meeting agendas, convene, and take accurate minutes of meetings and oversees that minutes and action points are circulated accordingly. Monitors and ensure that matters arising are followed through. Participates in administration and economics of the department. E.g. assisting in department budgeting, staffing, billing etc. Play an active role in discussions and meetings, sharing insights on business improvement process and results, as and when required. Assist in planning and coordinating events including logistical support, awareness and follow up. Other duties include delivering tasks as prescribed by Executive Vice President, Enterprise Transformation. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline or Higher. Approximately 1-2 years of working experience in the capital market/financial services industry (preferred) Experience in investment/merchant banking preferable. Fresh graduates may be considered.
