Asalamu Alaykum Wa Rahatulahi Wa Barakatu, We are looking for a temporary business analyst, specialized in oracle E-Business Suite Financials, to join our IT team for ERP consultancy & support services. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed either in person / over the phone (for overseas candidates). All candidates shall have a valid UAE resident visa prior to the commencement of the work. The initial work period is 4 MONTHS The following is a detailed job description. Interested candidates send your CVs to hateembaba@gmail (Business Analyst-Oracle E-Business Suite Financials) Job summary: Primarily the job holder would successfully map and translate business requirements into serviceable Oracle application functionality. Exercises creativity and independent judgement and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and very complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet Finance department’s business needs. Recommends, justifies and leads the delivery of the internal enhancements / customization to Oracle Business Suite to meet complex business needs. Reports to: Manager Enterprise Applications Major responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them 2. Configure the Oracle Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. 3. Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. 4. Support business with the execution of test scripts. 5. Resolve all reported by department Functional issues with in SLA timelines 6. Perform Analytics and Reconciliation activities 7. Develop end-user documentation and training materials. 8. Deliver end-user training 9. Design and document business processes data flow diagrams by functional area including opportunities for improvement. 10. Prepares functional requirements and specifications for any systems related to the above process areas 11. Work closely with required department to propose and implement improvements in user interfaces and reporting capabilities, including application version upgrades. 12. Collaborate with all departments to ensure all management reporting requirements are defined and supported by the current systems, 13. Operate the needs analysis, selection and implementation of MIS, 14. Implement duties as defined in the Policies & Procedures. Capabilities: 1. Must possess excellent knowledge on Oracle Financials 2. Strong knowledge in Oracle ERP Architecture and Data Model and proficient with Oracle Tools like SQL developer, TOAD. 3.
