Job analysis is crucial basic of most human resource functions and activities such as selection, traning, evaluating and appraisal employee. In Organization field, its application tends to be used in design organization chart, working environment and build organizations culture. As its application is very comprehensive, and easy to used, job analysis is usually considered as the first but important step to construct a productive human resource system. What a very useful information that I had never been taught when I studied at my university! As an I/O psychologist, shame on me! Anyone who still has a chance to develop professional knowledge and dig into it, better take your time to learn more by yourself before it would be too late. However tomorrow I will update information about this fundamental process, including its role, function and methods to design and conduct it practically :)
