Job opening sent from Facebook user Jay Barnett: Job Summary Company The Premier Group Location Memphis, TN Industries Medical Supplies Job Type Full Time Employee Education Level High School or equivalent Job: Driver Responsibilities: Loads and unloads trucks including but not limited to pallets and boxes, examines and checks package for damaged products while recording the proper documentation with carrier, locates products in warehouse as inventory, prepares products for shipping. Drives products to clients in the local area. Directs paperwork to the correct personnel. Operates and maintains various warehouse equipment including but not limited to manual, power jacks, forklifts and receiving plates, responsible for filling-in when needed in other areas, accept additional tasks as required. Requirements: • Commercial Driver’s License preferred • Experience required • Must be able to drive a forklift • Must be at least 18 years of age & possess a high school diploma. • Must be detail-oriented. • Ability to count accurately • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills. • Strong work ethic and the ability to provide a positive work atmosphere while seeking ways to improve efficiencies. • Must have basic computer skills: proficiency with web browsers, Windows operating system and applications. • Ability to safely use warehouse equipment. • Position requires some lifting and carrying up to approximately 50 pounds. • Must pass background check and drug test -Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance plans. -Salary negotiable with experience -Working hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday -No night or weekend shifts.
