Intrax - Connecting People and Cultures Department: Domestic Business Development Job Title: Account Manager, Internships Reports to: Director, Internships Accountable for: Reporting to the Director, Internships and managing University and Host Company relationships with the purpose of meeting pre-determined sales goal within assigned territories. The sales goal consists of university faculty-led groups, custom groups, lead generation for individual student enrollments, host company position sourcing, and domestic student placements. Duties and Responsibilities Same set of duties and responsibilities as the Director, Internships with specific goal and focus within the assigned territories (1) Universities o Identify, develop and solidify relationships with key affiliated universities in the assigned territories o Deploy strategic approach to the affiliated universities, by targeting and offering optimal program options for their faculties, professors, and students o Generate leads with the support of Program Advisor and other marketing efforts o Convert group leads into confirmed program opportunities o Support the enrollment of students into confirmed programs o Support the process of program delivery for custom programs in conjunction with on-site operations staff o Develop relationships with study abroad offices and academic staff o Attend and present at regional and national conferences o Partake in review and evaluation of post-program delivery o Collaborate with the Operations team and ensure quality delivery of the group programs\ (2) Host Company/ Positions o Achieve the host company/ position acquisition goal in the assigned territories o Vet new host companies from inbound self-arranged pax applications and convert to Intrax accounts o Connect and build relationship with the potential host companies by assisting with the Training Plan (DS 7002) development o Ensure smooth transition of the account ownership to the assigned Matching Manager/Coordinator for on-going relationship management (renewables) o Strategize target industry and the functional area within the assigned region for higher success rate of position sourcing and pax placements (3) Other responsibilities o Reports to the Director, Internships assigned to the territories and ensure the pre-determined sales goals are met o Ensure all record in Salesforce is correct and up to date o Work closely with the operations team and assist with overdue payment collection o Additional tasks assigned by the supervisor Sean Williams || Regional Internship Director - Northeast Intrax Intrax Global Internships 299 Broadway, Suite 1520 New York City, NY 10007 Direct: 347-380-8702 Main: 347-380-8700 Email: swilliams@intraxinc Website: intraxinc Intrax Aupaircare Ayusa
