Job opportunity........ We are looking for someone who is both enthusiastic and keen to become part of the team responsible for the mechanical maintenance and overhaul of our railway carriage fleet. You will assist and work with the Lead Train Repairer carrying out inspection and maintenance of carriage electrical systems, reactive repairs and maintenance to doors, windows and internal fittings. Experience of carriage electrical systems and general maintenance techniques would be desirable. Additional training would be given as required. Working hours normally Monday to Friday, but could include some weekend work as required.
