Responsibilities include monitoring the usage of Privileged Ids Review audit trail reports on servers to ensure compliance with the ExxonMobil Security & Control principles and follow up on issues or observations with regards to usage of Privileged IDs within the service level objectives. · Sample of audit logs to assess accuracy of job execution, agents understanding of & compliance with operating procedures and customer liaison skills. · Document procedures or update documentation as required · Provide support to Audits being carried out in the region including supply of information or data as requested and response to audit queries. · Undertake internal investigations as required based on customer complaints, findings from review of audit logs, audit findings, etc. · Work on projects as assigned · Recommend process improvements or assist in improvement initiatives Primary skill set: · Possess good analytical skills and meticulous · Able to chart Quality Assurance program for various technical platforms including documentation of procedures · Fresh graduates with minimum academic results of CGPA 2.8 Nice to have skills: Possess knowledge in one or more of the following systems will be an advantage: Windows NT/2000/2003, Lotus Notes, UNIX, ORACLE, SQL, AS400, SAP, MVS. Communication skills: · Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to deal with people from various organizations and backgrounds locally, regionally and globally · Possess a good command of the English language (written & spoken). Other languages such as Japanese, Thai, Mandarin and French will be an advantage.
