Job seeking lectures for international students in Copenhagen Are you an international student residing in Copenhagen and in pursue of a career in Denmark? And do you need some assistance in your job search? Then register for our job seeking lectures that are offered in co-operation between First Job Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business Service and Copenhagen Career Program. The first lecture is about Jobsearching and Networking: Everybody tells you what to do to find your next job. You should search for a variety of jobs; send unsolicited applications and network, network, network. This is all true but how? It can be very difficult because it’s tricky to find both the right positions and the right companies and to use the right networks. Explaining your Competencies and Qualifications in the CV and applications is difficult. Examples of “Danish” CVs will be presented. Monday 31st of March at 4 pm – 7 pm Instructor: Niels Bertelsen, project coordinator, First Job Copenhagen (forstejob.dk) Place: International House Copenhagen, Gyldenløvesgade 11, 2nd floor, 1600 København V. For registration: Register by mail to [email protected]. State your full name, address, university and your major. Participation is free of charge! Please notice that you will receive final confirmation by mail. We have 40 available seats for each lecture – first come, first served. Please notice that you need to be residing in Copenhagen to participate. For more information about the other lectures that we offer, check kk.dk/english under Copenhagen Career Program
