Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of Facility Civil and Mechanical Systems. Must have experience with Civil/Mechanical project planning, design, and execution; strong working knowledge and experience in engineering evaluation of existing buildings, structures, foundations, storm water or other drainage pumping systems, and cost estimating. Desired skills include team leadership, application of current building codes and standards, technical report/study writing, familiarity with Rapid Interactive Structural Analysis (RISA) program, and strong decision making ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, (WORD, EXCEL, etc.) including MS Project. Professional Engineer (PE) certification or the ability to obtain PE certification within one year of employment desired.
