Jobs@ Operations Analyst needed in Fort Mill, SC for a direct client located in the area. Contract to Hire opportunity and starting at 25hr based on experience. If qualified, please send resumes ASAP!Job Duties:Job DescriptionThe OA4 analyzes business issues and makes recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, quality and compliance. Additionally, works under limited supervision to analyze and solve complex operational, systems-related and/or customer issues; creates and maintains databases and management reports, analyzes and interprets data in identifying trends for managers; works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include Regulatory Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, capacity planning, Quality Control, volume forecasting and unit costs. Duties may also include relationship management, defining user requirements and performing user acceptance testing. May manage small to large scope projects requiring coordination, and/or contribute to task forces or project teams. May identify, develop and implement policies, procedures and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service. Compliance Analysts:Provides oversight and manages compliance and regulatory remediation through operational risk assessments, Key Indicator analysis and monitoring of performance metrics to include resolving monthly key indicator and metric exceptions, Provide support (operational risk assessment) to operational risk department on testing for performing portfolios. Senior Leadership Dashboard Analysis/Reporting:Works with Business Support Consultant team to validate Operational Dashboard and key indicators as well as other analysis such as cost benefit, work flows and business requirements. Makes executable recommendations to resolve reporting inconsistencies and close processing gaps around HUD regulatory guidelines and procedures. Reverse Performing Portfolio Analysis and Reporting:Performing Dashboard Analysis and Reporting, Performing Portfolio Trend/Analysis and Control Reporting. Resolve complex reporting exceptions associated with loans. Analyze and map data and work flows. To be successful in this role, the person selected must understand the need for teamwork and professionalism in a work environment. S/he must be dependable, flexible, and approachable, with the willingness to learn and grow Basic Qualifications:5+ years of operations analysis experience Minimum Qualifications:Ability to research, compile, and perform in-depth analysis on critical operational data. Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data. Possess good troubleshooting, technical, and resolution skills. Ability to multi-task on projects. Has exceptional analytical and reporting skills and a general understanding of operations policies and procedures. · In dept analytical experience to include performance metric reporting· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to apply critical judgment.· Proven ability to clearly articulate ideas with all levels in the organization, through verbal and written communication.· Advanced skills using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint· Ability to work independently· Proven track record of strategic, problematic solutioning, and deep analytical thinking· Exceptional organizational and time management skills while being able to efficiently handle multiple assignments and multitask.· Ability to work in a fast paced environment Preferred Skills:· BS/BA in Business Administration, broad skill level of analytical competency· Knowledge of Reverse Mortgage is a plus· Understanding of Fidelity (LPS/RMS) servicing system· Strong Knowledge of HUD and Fannie Mae guidelinesIf you are interested, please forward an updated resumeand contact information as soon as possible.
