Jobs in Agha Khan University-Inventory Control Officer The incumbent will: Process new stock item request for assigned categories of Medical Surgical and Laboratory items from the departments based on the approved criteria. Monitor re-orders levels of the assigned categories. through reports like days on hand, dynamic or fixed MRP and contract re-ordering report and raise Stock Purchase Requisition or Contract Stock Requisition when an item reaches its re-order level. Prepare forecast and make timely amendment through periodically reviewing it and communicate the same to the concerned buyer for timely deliverables. Take out stock out / high critical reports from the system of assigned category of items and follow-up with for concerned buyers for their immediate procurement. Find out the reason for stock-out and take corrective action wherever possible. Closely monitor loan system and make sure that loan account is properly recorded and timely cleared. Periodic review the par levels of consignment inventory items and send consumption report to concerned buyers as per time lines agreed. Review of system for any change for improvement of system, expiry, slow moving & dead supplies reports and timely circulation to users, buyers and suppliers. Carry out data entry work and rechecking of documents as required. Provide reports and statistical analyses as required by the Department. Requirements MBA in Supply Chain with at least two years of relevant experience. Excellent computation and analytical skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
