Jobs spotlight, the big one. The President! 12 Hours per week. The role of the President is key to the success of The Enterprise Gym. The President ensures and oversees the timely and professional delivery of all Enterprise Gym activities. The president will lead, direct and control the VPs and the College Ambassadors in their roles - Co-ordination of College Ambassadors (CA). - Allocating CAs to workshop duties and maintaining a rota. - Liaising with senior management and overseeing the VPs in order to maintain communication and keep on-message. - Co-operating with and managing the VPs on their projects when required. - Create a workshop overview for students participating in the Discovery Challenge in order to better prepare them for each workshop. - Creating an operations plan for staff, i.e. scheduled preparation for upcoming events and some information specific to each persons role. - Ensure that accurate records of attendance etc are maintained by the team as required. - Being a enterprising individual who can think on their feet and come up with new ideas to attract student to The Enterprise Gym.
