Joe Techau and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with Marylou Reader and Dr Jim @ Chesterville, IL. Great conversation with some very dear friends! They sent greetings to Bill Techau and Donna Techau. Lots of good memories ---- great family of God! I was thinking about the time when Joe and I were missionaries-in-residence Olivet Nazarene University and we had invited Marylou and Doc to stay at the missionary home to look after our 2 kids as Joe and I had missionary services somewhere ... Never thought about the fact that it had been several years since the Readers had seen our two teenagers. Hm. What did those teens do? Invited a couple other teens from college church to take their place pretending to be our kids. Oh, my! Everything worked out ok ... weve had lots of laughs over that! Thanks, Doc and Marylou for lunch --- great Amish food!
