Joe The Cat is a victim of animal cruelty . He was a stray street cat & was restrained, shot in the head 17 times & left for dead on the side of the road in Sarnia Ontario in Febuary 2014 , 2 people were charged & the case is currently in the court ( next appearance is in Febuary ) Joe has become an ambassador against animal cruelty , he speaks for those who cant, he is also fighting to get a registry started for all animal abusers . He is currently in a contest to win a feature in a popular magazine , if he were to win this he could be heard everywhere . This contest is very important to him, the timing of it is actually very crucial to the upcoming court date in Febuary , wouldnt it be wonderful to show how much he is supported in winning this contest , would be a huge win for Joe & everyone against animal cruelty !
