Joel Osteen had a great message this morning. I am always so - TopicsExpress

Joel Osteen had a great message this morning. I am always so hard on myself and I compare my success with the success of others. theres some people in this world that barely have to do anything and they make a higher end income. it does not mean that they are better than you though. from my experience it means that the particular person had financial support and also knew people, to get them in their position. for me I may not make even half as much, but my hard work, education and confidence is what got me the position. I didnt know who my boss was before I got hired, I had no office experience, but he saw something in me. I may not be able to live in a high end neighborhood, but I am a single, young mother, who is able to hold only one job down and purchase a home in a good, safe neighborhood. back when I was growing up there had to be two incomes in order to survive in a household, and somehow I was able to defeat that common stance on home ownership. I am proud of myself. of course I hope to double my income one day but right now I am so happy. I dont have to have a man in my life to afford things for my child. Im excited for this investment opportunity that Ive been blessed with having. I am thankful for my family support especially with my mother being able to care for Joseph. she also plays a big part of how I am able to succeed. when I get my house my name is going to be the only one on it, holy cow, how amazing is that?!? be proud of what you do everyday. take no criticism from those who feel its their right to look down on you. God will take care of them.
