Jogging everyday. I thought by jogging everyday, then it will trimming down my legs. But then I realise, my legs starting to build up some muscles (getting bigger). When I search in internet, then only I know the difference between Marathoner and Sprinter. They both run. But Marathoner had slimmer leg than Sprinter. Why? Because Sprinter need to be fast, they use more muscles and burn less fat actually--the theory say, if running in the steady state it will burn more fat. Unlike Marathoner, they dont run fast, instead, they just run steadily over more length. Allowing more fat burnt up, and less muscle swollen up.
