Johan Cryff took over coaching job of FC Barcelona in 1988 to 1996, he started building a team for the future, then Sir Bobby Robson try to continue from where he stopped 1996 to 1997, Luis Van Gaal then took over from 1997 and started introducing a young team that was later made the backbone of the team. In 2003, Frank Raijkard inherited young and talented set of players and even dictected more players like young Messi, Etoo etc. and introduced Tikitaka style of football that make Barcelona rule the world until he left in 2008 and leave the podium for Pep Guardiolla. Pep Guardiolla (2008-2012) maintained the style introduced by Rijkard he as well win every available trophy to be won. Between 2012 & 2013 Tito Villanova and Raura took over though illness and others made Villanova to bow out he tried his best to keep the team even stronger. Raura took over as an interim coach and maintained the winning attitude. In 2013 Tata Martino became coach of the team and Barça started struggling and became ordinary. Martino should be shown the exit door and another better coach should take over.
