John 14:5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Jesus Himself claimed He was the only Way to the Father. So if Jesus claimed He was the only Way to the Father then there are no other ways and all other ways are false and only lead people away from the Father instead of toward. If Jesus is the only Way then that means Islam can’t lead you to the Father because Islam denies that Jesus is the Savior. If Jesus is the only Way than that means unless the Jews accept Christ as their Savior they won’t see heaven. That means if Jesus is the only Way then that means Buddhism, Hinduism, New Age religions and any other religion that puts an emphasis on self won’t lead you to heaven because the Bible says we are all sinners and the only Way to salvation is through Christ. Acts 4:12 says that salvation is found in no one else for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. There is no other way to salvation except through Christ. Romans 10:9 says that if confess Christ and believe that God raised Him from the dead we will be saved. Once again there is no other Way to salvation except through Christ. Being a good person won’t get you there because you can never be good enough on your own to please God. You can go to church every week and do every sacrament and follow every tradition of your church but until you have admitted you are a sinner and asked God to forgive you of your sins and accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior you are still a sinner, you have not be born again and you are still headed to hell. I know what I am saying in our modern politically correct world isn’t popular where many churches have watered down the Gospel in a vain attempt to appease society and attract people to the church but it is because so many have forsaken the true Word of God that it needs to be proclaimed even louder. If you don’t know Christ as your Lord and Savior you are going to hell. Do you know God is going to hold you responsible for every person you failed to witness to? Take a look at a passage of scripture from Ezekiel 3: 18When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die forb their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 19But if you do warn the wicked person and they do not turn from their wickedness or from their evil ways, they will die for their sin; but you will have saved yourself. 20“Again, when a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 21But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.” (NIV) Now I know many people will say this is the Old Testament and it doesn’t apply to modern day Christians. It is true we are not under the Old Testament Law but the God of the Old Testament is the same God of today because God doesn’t change and the Old Testament reveals the nature of God and in the New Testament Jesus before He went to heaven instructed His disciples and all future disciple to preach the Gospel to the world.
