John 3:27 John answered, People cant receive anything unless it has been given to them from heaven. ____________________________________________ Everything happens because GOD wills it to happen. A person cannot perceive and discern spiritual things unless it is revealed to them from heaven; unless he is born again of the Spirit and water. Luke 10:21 In that same hour he rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children; yes, Father, for such was your gracious will. John 14:26 However, the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything. He will remind you of everything that I have ever told you. Without the Holy Spirit s help, the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven will forever remain a mystery to those who think they are wise, even though they may have read the same passage over many times. Reading the Bible is not like reading a novel or a history book. It should begin with a prayer asking the Holy Spirit to open our hearts and minds to the Word of God and end with a prayer that this Word will bear fruit in our lifes. The Word of Yahweh Elohim is spirit and they are alive. John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
