John Boehner announced that he will be suing the President over use of executive actions. I guess when you have no real legislative answers, the only thing left to do before the Midterm Elections is create some dog and pony show to hide this fact. Maybe the Democrats should have thought of this. If they could have sued Bush for all the executive actions he pushed (which were more than Obama), and maybe stopped some of them, Obama would not have had to spend his entire Presidency cleaning up after W.
