Sunday, August 17 at 9:41pm · I do sometimes wonder if the nations voting patterns would be any different today if voters learned actual history in their schools... For example, do the allegedly-civil rights-obsessed morons of 2014 know the history of the party to which they sacrifice their lives, their childrens lives, and the future of their communities every election day? Do they have ANY idea of the destructive hatred that the Democratic Party has had for blacks and other minorities throughout its entire existence? For example, consider this point, below... and note one point about its reference to every black elected to congress... theyre talking about both the US senate AND the US House of Representatives. Think about what that means... Until the 17th Amendment, the state legislatures chose their US senators... so, its not just that the public in, say, a high-percentage black district elected black congressmen. The point is that state legislatures that were VAST majority white selected black US senators during this period. All Republican. While Democrats were fighting them kicking and screaming, burning crosses on peoples lawns, scaring blacks out of running for office... I do understand how nasty old bigots and communists can vote Democrat. I get that. But I will never understand how anyone else can. H/T Richard L. Grabowski
