John Key: Early Māori would have been grateful for the injection - TopicsExpress

John Key: Early Māori would have been grateful for the injection of capital Pākeha brought with them when they settled in Aotearoa. John Key: New Zealand is one of the few countries that was settled peacefully by Europeans. You are so wrong on so many levels. We had our own way of life and to this day we are very proud of the pathways our ancestors created for us. To be quite honest Im sure if we werent colonised our country would not be so polluted and our native animals wouldnt have become extinct. We would be able to still live off the land and not fear death from poisoning of our crops. And no we fought for our lands and are still fighting for our sovereignty and governance over our homeland Aotearoa. I dont think raping our women and killing our children and men is an indication of peaceful settlement. Please do your research mate you are after all the prime minister of our country. Auare Ake! He kaitangata kei te haere! Upokokohua te mataku e!
