John Kipchumba Kago For the SPUSA TREASURER. VOTE FOR THE BEST AND BE SYRE OF YOUR RIGHTS AND SEE CHANGE. Manifesto Having been a treasurer of the Christian union for the past two years, I believe and I trust that I have the required skills and knowledge to be the treasurer of the SPUSA. I have been trained to be a servant and I have served in the ministry of God and having a servant hood- heart, I also look forward to extend the same to serving the SPUSA and all the St. Paul’s Fraternity, and serve God and Humanity trough my services in SPUSA as the treasurer. Here are my plans that intend to accomplish during my service in SPUSA: i) Integrity and honesty. Handle all the financial affairs of SPUSA with diligence and honest stirred by integrity and accountability. This also has to be driven with the urge of setting a good and perfect example to the whole student body and others with concern. ii) Loyalty. I am looking forward to Support the call, mission and vision of SPUSA in serving students and the campus goals. I will also be loyal to the SPUSA constitution. iii) Creativity and innovativeness. I am looking forward to come up with new means of sourcing for money to facilitate the activities of SPUSA, like contribution, investments, among others that members will come up with.. Also Come up with legal was and means of ensuring that the students need are given priority by the SPUSA and campus management. iv) Team work. I am having a plan of uniting all the students and linking them all with the management for a smooth communication. I will also Champion and represent the students of SPUSA and SPU in all matters of concern to them. I will also create a forum where students can interact together and share the love of SPU campus, while I also be an ambassador of SPU Campus in and outside campus. v) Servant-hood. I will fill the gab between students and the SPU management in ensuring the there is smooth and mutual communication with positive results. Servant hood only comes when one is ready to be humble teachable and correctible in all means, which are the qualities i boast about. Above all servant hood is possible by having a Christian heart. vi) Hard work. I am planning to take part in all activities of SPUSA and that of the whole SPU campus. With determination of success. I will also take my roles assigned by the chair of SPUSA and the Campus management seriously and work out my diligence in all ways. vii) Career development. I am looking forward to work with the SPUSA to look for platforms and portfolios where students and all the SPUSA leaders are trained on matters of leadership skills and knowledge, with a vision of ensuring that they get opportunities to build their career of being a leader in different capacity in future after campus and learn the necessary leadership skills. viii) Academic excellence. I will Champion the main goal and mission of all students that concern academics and ensure that all that students need to have with my capacity help is channelled to the management using legal and constitutional channels. I will also ensure that i set good example by being a student of excellence in academics. Together united we stand and achieve to greater heights.
